The practice

We build the dependable side of the internet.

Flagship Technologies exists for the work that doesn’t make headlines: the admin tool that runs the back office, the portal that keeps a fleet on the road, the binder that holds a family’s most important records. We treat that responsibility seriously, and the architecture of every product reflects it.

Our applications are designed end-to-end — interface, data model, security, deployment — and operated by the same people who build them. That continuity is the entire point.

    A mobile companion app that speaks directly to physical hardware over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, with the device protocol mapped from scratch. Alongside it, Pontius Customs — a mobile-first storefront with an invoicing back office.

We work on systems where a quiet, reliable surface matters more than a clever one. We design accordingly.
Build, then operate.
Software is a long conversation. We stay with the products we make, monitor them, evolve them, and answer for them.
Security as architecture.
Encryption, isolation, least-privilege access, and explicit audit trails are not features bolted on — they shape the design.
